Services
Lafamiliar Production provides drone-first photography and film production services, including but not limited to:
- Aerial photography and videography
- Travel, tourism, and destination content
- Documentary and conservation storytelling
- Brand, commercial, sports, and lifestyle visuals
Specific project details, scope, and deliverables will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Booking & Payments
- A booking may require a deposit or full payment, depending on the project.
- Final deliverables are released after full payment unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices are provided via quotation and may vary depending on scope, location, and requirements.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be communicated as early as possible.
- Deposits may be non-refundable depending on project stage and incurred costs.
- Weather, regulatory restrictions, or safety concerns may require rescheduling, especially for drone operations.
Drone Operations & Permissions
Drone operations are subject to aviation laws and regulations, including approvals from relevant authorities such as the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA).
Any additional costs related to permits, permissions, or restricted airspace approvals may be charged to the client unless otherwise agreed.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Upon full payment, ownership of all final delivered media transfers to the Client unless otherwise stated in writing.
Raw footage and project files remain the property of Lafamiliar Production unless separately purchased or agreed.
Lafamiliar Production may use the work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless restricted in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project information
- Securing location access and permissions where required
- Informing Lafamiliar Production of any restrictions or special conditions
Limitation of Liability
Lafamiliar Production is not liable for:
- Delays caused by weather, equipment failure, or regulatory restrictions
- Losses beyond the value of the agreed project fee
All services are provided with professional care and industry-standard practices.
